With a main auditorium seating up to 600 boasting a unique flexible floor and seating system, together with bespoke meeting rooms and a stunning atrium area, the apex offers organisers and delegates an impressive experience.
With specialist experience delivering a range of technical requirements from a simple meeting to an exhibition or large scale conference - our technicians are fully versed in all event logistics. Flexibility is at the heart of the apex - its' innovative moveable auditorium floor means we can design the space to suit your event requirements. Whether you want a flat floor, raised podium, stage or catwalk layout - our technical team will build to your specifications. When the floor is flat it is suitable for conferences, exhibitions or dinner dances and other social functions. The floor can also be raked which, with high quality comfortable seating facing the stage for speeches, presentations and award ceremonies ensures the delegate experience is second to none. A stage can also be set up 'in the round' or alternatively the auditorium seating can be arranged around a catwalk making the space perfect for fashion shows. The auditorium accommodates approximately 500 people seated or 650 standing. The acoustic design in the auditorium makes it a superb venue for spoken word and non-amplified music. It also means the sound created in the space is clear and free from distortion and does not travel out into adjacent areas. The technical communication equipment ably covers any event. Flip charts and projectors are included in the hire fee.
